Either party may open a dispute if deliverables do not match the acceptance criteria locked in the agreement terms. Opening a dispute freezes escrow release until resolved.
Both parties have a structured 5-day response window to submit supporting documentation, revision histories, message transcripts, and deliverables into the immutable Evidence Vault.
Disputes may be resolved through: (a) Full release to seller, (b) Full refund to buyer, or (c) Partial settlement mutually agreed upon by both parties.
