TrustLink is a transaction-protection and payment-orchestration platform operated by Algeris. TrustLink provides software tools to assist counterparties in drafting transaction agreements, tracking fulfillment evidence, managing milestone approvals, and triggering programmatic settlement workflows.
Important Regulatory Notice: TrustLink is not a licensed banking institution, money transmitter, or legally independent escrow custodian. All funds collection, currency custody, card processing, and disbursement transfers are performed strictly by regulated payment providers (including Paystack and Dodo Payments).
When a transaction agreement is created, both parties must agree to the specified milestones, acceptance criteria, and delivery deadlines. TrustLink records all terms, submitted evidence files, and status transitions into an append-only audit log.
Platform orchestration fees are calculated according to the configured pricing schedule and deducted at the time of payment authorization or settlement disbursement as specified in the agreement terms.
